2. Shiva Rathi Group is registered for a)Human Resource Consulting b)Management Consulting c)Real Estate Business
3. The Management Consulting and Real Estate Business is under incubation, HR Consulting fully operational
4. Though we serve worldwide -our focus area are Bihar and Jharkhand
5. We are operational since 10 April 2001
6. By usage of Damnrasoi you agree not to leak data shared by us
7. If you leak data, you might be sued for compensation upto Rupees 1 Lakh
8. We recruit staff through Internet, Hotels, Restaurants, Dhaba and Security Guards
9. By usage of site you agree to share your personal data including Social Security Number, Aadhar and Tax Returns
10. We do your background check before serving you or hiring you.
11. It is impossible for 15 member team to respond to all calls and whatsapp messages, so we deal only through email
12. We may not serve you if you wish
13. You can't force us to serve or hire you
14. We may not respond to you if deemed
15. The maids, employee may leave job if they wish, it is not in our hands
16. Damnrasoi is funded by global investors, so we need to be profitable to give them profit, it is not non-profit
17. In case of any dispute, the legal counsel will be of "Hazaribagh", jharkhand, India.
