Refund Policy of Company and Brand "Damnrasoi"

This note tells the users about the refund policy of "Damnrasoi" which has been formulated considering labour laws,
Government Regulations and Reserve Bank of India mandate.

1. Damnrasoi is brand of company "Shiva Rathi Group" a sole proprietorship firm registered under Udyam MSME
2. All business is carried out under name of "Subhash Chandra Thakur" - the main investor and retired government servant
3. The proof of investment of Mr. Thakur is on record and can be given if demanded.
4. Other investors are American and Australian investment firm
5. This is for-profit firm
6. We charge registration fees of Rupees 1000, 1500 and 2500 which are partly refundable
7. If we are unable to provide service, Rupees 500 would be deducted as service charge, rest refunded
8. If our staff works for one month and then leave no amount would be refunded
9. The various service charge are Rupee 2000, 3000, 5000, 10000, 50000 (including registration fees)
10. If staff works for three months, the service charge paid after 14 days will not be refunded
11. The refund is not online but through cheque sent at your address
12. It takes 45 days to refund
13. In special cases, we might do IMPS transfer for refund but after due permission of Mr. Thakur
14. Any dispute will be resolved by competent courts and forums of "Hazaribag", Jharkhand, India
